We are shaking things up... Showing you ladies a quick and "easy" booty workout.
Followed by a refuel (Supplement taste testing, fruit platter and more).
Once our booty's are burning and our stomachs are full. We will talk all things supplements and thyroid!
I haven't training in a while/ EVER - Will i be able to do this workout?
We have designed a quick 30 minute booty workout that get that blood flowing. Throughout the workout our LLT Crew will be walking around helping you with workout variations and correcting technique.
What do i bring?
